You send us a brief that details your vision for the product. We assign you an AST Service Team who will kick off your project and align on the scope, timing, cost, claims, and more, so that we are all set up for success.
Formulation & Sampling
Now, we put on our lab coats and do some science. Leveraging our know-how, the latest raw materials, and our extensive formulation library, we bring your vision to life. We share each iteration with you for your feedback until we get it right.
Approval!
Once you’re in love, we make it official with a formal product approval. Our team celebrates by ringing our Approval Bell! Now it’s time to prepare your product for its big debut!
Testing & Scale-up
It’s time to go down our pre-market checklist! Our Partner Service, R&I, Packaging, and Engineering teams work together to take your product through our battery of tests and protocols. Is your product stable? Check! Compatible? Check! Scalable? Check! Fully spec’ed and consumer-ready? Check, Check, Check!
Purchase Order & Production
Once you send us your PO, it’s all systems go! We order the necessary ingredients and components, track their arrival, and lock in our batching and filling schedule - keeping you posted along the way. We inspect all materials upon receipt, and then begin the manufacturing magic. At each point in the batching and filling process, our quality team ensures that the product meets all specs, before giving it a final stamp of approval.
Ship & Celebrate!
We reach out to your team to coordinate picking up your product, hi-five each other for a job well done, and start the process all over again for your next exciting launch!
